Welcome to Falmouth Yoga Space! Browse our timetable below and please email us with any questions, it’s not essential to book in advance for classes but always worth checking for the prime time spots!

In the below FYS timetable, most classes are 60 mins, aside from our 9.30am classes and Sunday restorative which are 75 mins. PLEASE ARRIVE TEN MINS BEFORE CLASS to ensure we can register you prior to class starting. We aim to start and finish our sessions on time.

If you are new to the studio and live locally, why not try our INTRO PASS. £10 for 7 consecutive days of yoga. Come to one class a day for 7 days, get a chance to meet a variety of our teachers and see the difference a week of yoga makes on your well being. To qualify for the locals only intro pass, please show proof of address on your first visit to the studio. Classes/workshops marked with a * are not currently included in this offer or on a monthly unlimited pass.

Classes cost £8 casually, £60 (£55 for students) for a 10 class pass and £65 (£60 for students) for a monthly unlimited class (please consider your circumstances when buying this pass as it CANNOT be extended and please note this does not include workshops or masterclasses).

If you are undergoing serious financial hardship, please don’t let that put you off coming to class, contact Keren to confidentially discuss a special class rate for her classes.

We operate an online system called MomoYoga, when you next come to class our teacher will register you and then you can purchase classes online and book in for classes in advance. If you have not brought a pass for the studio before, you can register yourself HERE and then purchase and book for classes in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY. If you book in for class online you can cancel up to two hours before. If left later or a no show you will lose that class from your pass, for those on a monthly unlimited or intro offer, you will lose one day from your pass. Please keep in mind that as a small studio with limited space, cancellations do have a big impact on your teachers income. thank you for understanding.

We are a fully equipped studio but we do recommend bringing your own mat if you have one and if you suffer from allergies please bring your own blanket for use in savasana.
