Pitta clearing 5 day cleanse with Keren (Ayurveda Falmouth)

We are just about to enter into the shift from Pitta to Vata season. The junction between the seasons can be the most wobbly in terms of our physical and mental health. As we come to the end of summer most of us have accumulated some access Pitta and so this marks the perfect time to cleanse, reduce access pitta and prepare our bodies for autumn.
Join Keren for a 5 day cleanse with a focus on feeling grounded, reducing access heat calm and finding balance. We will rebalance the gut and look at how we can include some Ayurvedic elements into our diets to see us through the seasonal shift and beyond.
How will it work?
You will be part of a private facebook group and each day Keren will post a diet sheet for the following day and a facebook live video to check in on how everyone is doing and answer any questions. You will also be invited to join Keren’s Wednesday night yin class during the cleanse for free
What will I need?
On sign up Keren will add you to the private facebook group and in there she will post a shopping list and most of these things will be household staples (white rice, different coloured lentils and mung beans etc) but also fresh fruit and vegetables, spices, oils etc
Does it involve herbs?
Ayurvedic cleanse herbs will be optional and details will be given in the private facebook group. We will also make our own remedies for the most part using kitchen herb staples to avoid extra cost
How much will it cost?
The cleanse, including the yin class is £35. If you are undergoing financial hardship at the moment due to Covid-19 please contact Keren for a special rate. Once you express your interest Keren will send you a PayPal email or bank details.
Why should I do it?
In Ayurvedic terms having a healthy gut is the key to a healthy body. We often overload out digestive system with complex food and drink which dampens the digestive fire and reduced immunity. This short cleanse should leave you feeling brighter with more energy, shift a little weight if you are carrying extra, kick start your digestive fire, give your gut a rest from complex food and boost immunity with increased nutrients and vitamin C.
