Ayurvedic & yoga workshop – perimenopause and menopause – women’s health series

Join Keren and Jo for an afternoon workshop delving into an Ayurvedic approach to women’s health and in particular moving into perimenopause and menopause.
In this 3.5 hour workshop we will look at the Ayurvedic approach to this stage of a women’s life, including how it impacts the three dominant doshas differently. We will look at routines, remedies and lifestyle changes that will help calm the symptoms of menopause for Vata, pitta and Kapha individuals.
The workshop will begin with a creative writing session led by Jo, in Ayurveda it’s believed that writing ever single day is one of the ways to ensure an active brain as we move into out older years, particularly for women as our nature is that of creativity.
This will be followed by 1.5 hour lecture and discussion on Ayurveda as outlined above and the workshop will conclude with a divine 90 minute restorative session led by Jo.

As this workshop will be in person at the studio, it is strictly limited to 8 places. Should the workshop transfer online, we will open this up to further spots.
