This workshop will give you the skills and confidence to challenge yourself and give you the tools you need to take with you on your mat.

The workshop will start with warm ups and preparatory exercises that will evolve into the Lotus Flow sequence with a delicious amount of time to explore Adho Mukha Vrksasana, Ghandha Berundasana, Pincha Mayurasana, Bala Kakasana, Eka Pada Galavasana, & Sirsasana variations.
