Krishna Janmashtami celebration

Krishna Janmashtami is a celebration of the Hindu God Krishna, the God of love and lila (play). This year the celebration falls on 25th August and traditionally it is a time when devotees would come together to tell stories, play, chant and worship Sri Krishna.
Keren will be celebrating the festival in both her Sunday evening class at 5pm and in our monthly restorative session at 6.15pm. Normal prices apply.
What can you expect?
In class – Dedicated to the heart. This Sunday’s class will be all about opening the heart space thorugh pranayama (breathing), a backbending physical practice and a sweet metta (love) meditation.
Come for just the class or stay for our monthly restorative session which will include a little bit of story telling, a lot of deep relaxation to a sweet Krishna playlist and ending with a Krishna mantra to seel the energy of love and play in for the week ahead.
Class prices as always. Monthly restorative £10. Come to one or both but please book to make sure we have the space!
