Mums and Baby Yoga with Holly & Sarah

A yoga class for Mums and Babies, to enable new mums to gradually build strength postnatally. There will be focus on toning the pelvic floor and poses to ease common postpartum symptoms such as neck, shoulder and back pain. Breathing exercises will give you the opportunity to relax, empower and take time for yourself. This is an informal class to help your body recover from pregnancy, labour & birth; and enable you to connect and bond with your baby as well as meet other mums.
Feeding, changing, rocking, crying babies – all welcome!
