Resetting With Intention
– A New Year Restorative Workshop
The new year is a great opportunity to reflect, reconnect and reset, ready for whatever the next 12 months may bring.
After all the family visiting and parties are over, we’ll drop festive for restive, leaving the ‘f’ word behind to welcome in some ‘r’s – relaxation, renewal and restoration with some wonderfully supportive restorative yoga.
Using blankets and props to comfortably hold and support the body in passively held poses, we’ll put our concerns, activities and to-do lists to one side for a while so that the mind and body can fully drop into deep relaxation, and truly come home to ourselves.
Taking inspiration from great thinkers, poets and philosophers who have all pondered the question; ‘what makes a good life?’, we will be journalling our own thoughts to arrive at an intention that aligns us with our own deepest truth. To provide a grounding that will keep us steady
on our journey through the year ahead.
Dress warmly. Journals,
props and pens provided.
