Join visiting Lotus Flow teacher Jacquelynn Stpierre for an afternoon of play, study and an opportunity to hone your teaching skills.
We will look at creative ways to sequence our vinyasa classes, breaking out of habits and exploring new and playful transitions. We will also look at theming and how to do it successfully threading your theme through your entire class and avoiding the theme sandwich trap! And to top it all off we will throw in a little harmonium mantra yumminess!
Suitable for teachers and teacher trainees.
