MYO eye pillow and gentle vinyasa workshop with Louise
Join Louise for a wonderful, nurturing Autumn workshop combing crafting, yoga and community connections. The first hour of our workshop will be spent making eye pillows. We will have a choice of beautiful vintage fabric. Hand sew your pillow (don’t worry you don’t need to be good or experienced in sewing!). Next advanced course for teachers – assisting a vinyasa
