Join Jo Burgess for a New Moon Women’s Circle – Friday 8th December, 18.30-20.30
This New Moon Circle offers a safe and nurturing space where you can come to connect, move and reflect.
It’s an opportunity to meet with other like-minded women and be in a supportive environment to be held, seen and witnessed.
We will gather to celebrate and harness the energy of the new moon, immersing in guided meditation, gentle yoga, a sharing circle and a moon ritual, that adds a touch of enchantment for setting an intention for the lunar cycle ahead.
What to bring: Notebook and pen
