This yoga teacher training manual is getting a revamp and refresh to include some important new module information on trauma informed teaching, sequencing, philosophy of yoga (we will now be talking about the Upanishads as well as the Gita, Sutras and chakra systems) and more

The studio will open from 17th May with social distancing measures in place (8 people Max) and we will continue to offer the livestream option for the foreseeable future
