Holly has been practicing yoga on and off since the age of 16 and fell in love with the practice for its physical benefits of increased flexibility and muscle tone as well as the mental benefits of providing a calm and clear mind. She has practised a variety of styles of yoga, which introduced her to pranayama and meditation and after moving to Falmouth in 2016, took up Vinyasa flow and fell in love with the elements of myth, mudra and mantra. Holly completed her training with Keren at FYS in 2017 and feels lucky to be part of the Falmouth Yoga Community.

Holly is also a full time secondary school teacher and is passionate about the benefits and transformative effects of yoga for teenagers. In her spare time, you can find her exploring the Cornish coast with her husband, baby daughter and dog.
