Tully completed her level 1 YTT in Fernie, BC before moving to Cornwall in 2015. Her approach to teaching focuses on tuning into the body, building strength and maintaining flexibility for functional movements. Tully’s classes are accessible and inclusive with opportunities to play and challenge whatever level you are at. Her Yin Yang Yoga class combines a warming Yang flow with cooling Yin postures. These styles work together to energise and warm the body, still the mind, release tension and leave the yogi feeling amazing! Yin postures are held longer (typically up to 5 minutes or more) to cultivate a meditative mind set and deeper physical opening. We use lots of props and supports to make postures as comfortable as possible in the yin segment.
